Gift certificates purchased as an addition, on the day of a treatment or workshop, or online will be issued with a $10.00 discount. Cost is $60.00, but value is $70.00 (entitles a chalk paint workshop or 2 x 45 minute treatments of Reiki/Reflexology. Balance of Life gift certificates include 10% donation to the Great Lakes Women's Shelter and can be mailed postage free.

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's
"life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress. If it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.

Our small workshop groups of up to 6 x people can be a fun way to spend an afternoon. Just bring yourself and your piece for painting and we will supply everything you need to create your very own transformation!
